How do I make a return or exchange?

Because all of our items are hand-made, we will not be able to give any Refunds or Credits for returns.  However, we will be happy to give you a Merchandise Credit or Exchange for any defective item provided that such item has not been used, worn, or otherwise altered.  Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise .  Any “Sale Merchandise” will be considered a Final Sale.
